Alice's Blessing

What a special day. She looked so beautiful and Neal did a really nice job. My mom made the dress and it turned out perfectly. The pattern she used was one my grandma used to make blessing dresses for all my cousins. I guess she started making them after I was blessed so my mom never got one. She was so excited that her sister still had the pattern and that she was able to make it.

What a Handsome Devil!

Neal's dad has been scanning old slides. He sent a cd of some of them. It was pretty fun going through them and seeing what a good looking kid Neal was. These are a few of my favorites. I think the first one he is about the same age as Max. Sorry it's a little dark. The second to last has to be my top pick. Don't you love those shorts?

A Family of Skiers

Neal finally got the boys up on the slopes the last few weeks. (He forgot to take the camera up when he took Max for the first time so there isn't a picture of him.) He's been talking about taking them for quite some time. All three of them loved it and seem to be naturals at the sport. Their dad couldn't be more proud.
